Does anyone know anything about a H.Schmidt Ostheim/Rhoen made in Germany model HS model 21S revolver? Made in 1972.

The Herbert Schmidt company was in Ostheim, West Germany.
They made three models of cheap .22LR pistols:
The Model 11, Liberty 11, and Eig Model E-6 was a .22 Double action revolver with a 2.5" barrel and plastic grips.
The Model 11 Target had a 5.5" barrel and adjustable sights.
The Frontier Model or Texas Scout had a 5" barrel, was blued and had plastic grips.

Max price for one in excellent condition would be in the $100 range.
    I hope this helps.

Thanks for the info. Sounds like a Frontier or Texas Scout. This one has a wooden grip, though. My dad bought it to shoot armadillos. It's had less than a box of shorts shot through it and is in very good to excellent cond.
