45 Colt / 410 Shot / 454 Casull - Why not interchangeable 3 ways?

BFR and the Thunder 5 are chambered in 45 Colt/410 shotshell. As far as I know, all 454 Casull guns can fire 45 Colt as well.

So why is it that we don't see guns chambered for 410, 45 Colt, and 454 Casull all at once?

I think it has to do with pressure. That 454 has one bad spike in it's pressure curve.

I don't know why not. Anybody else have anything on this?
