Those cheap "target loads" I use up on the trap range and then those hulls are what I fill up reloading slugs and buck.

Wow! I sure am glad that I don't have any guns anymore. Bad! Evil! Bad ol' guns!

I was in town today and stopped at the local Walmart sporting goods section. You know, just to check out warm hats and mittens - and noticed they had a lot more shotgun shells than they previously had in stock. Their 100 pack Winchesters were $22 and they had a shelf full.

if anyone is interested in seeing how they'll do it you just have to look at how it is in Australia.
they will implement a direct copy of that plan right down to the guns and how they are priced.
the prices will be enough to make you double look.
