Hey guys, I'm in Abilene and have approx. 50 chubs of mild deer and hot wild pork breakfast sausage that is going to ruin if I don't get rid of it. I'm giving it away if you're in the area and can pick it up. I'd even be willing to travel short distances, if needed.
P.M. me if interested, I'm already planning out next hunting season, so I need room in the freezer...:D

Do you know who will ship it? I know UPS won't.

I'll look into it and see what I can find. If I was still trucking, I'd just bring it to ya.

Hmm...come to think of it. That might be a bad idea to ship me sausage. You would have to ship to my apt and sometimes the delivery people don't leave notes. So I don't always know what I've got in the office. And sometimes I get home too late to get stuff that's been sent to me in the mail. Office closes at 5.

Dag nab. I was already imagining the ways I'd bbq it lol.

    Well, it's breakfast sausage anyway.
OTOH, I've never tried breakfast sausage on the grill. You've just given me an idea, I'll let ya know how it turns out in the A.M.

Anything on the grill tastes good. I grilled some bread yesterday and it was good lol.

Do you ever make it up towards S.A.? If so, maybe we could meet halfway the next time the wife and I go down there. I don't mind a cooler in the back seat, but it still bugs me that I can't fill it with beer anymore! :D Oh, well, sausage would be a good substitute.

Well, the next time we go to S.A., I'll bring some to my buddy's place and we'll have a big breakfast in your honor! :D Maybe if the wind's just right, we can get you a whiff...

Oh the breakfasts I could make with breakfast sausage and a tortilla....

  15. Why don't you two just meet each other half way? Then you can bring her some snausage and at the same time meet each other and have lunch or something? Just a thought...

Because I live in Galveston and he's in Abilene...do you know how far that is??? I love sausage, but not that much.

  17. Um, No I don't. lol Pretty far is it? lol

Ya' know, I didn't even think about it to be honest. Didn't even think of looking at a map. Just figured it would be a good idea was all. I mean it's a good idea just not feasible due to distance is all. Bummer.

Toolman, I was told that Fed Ex accepts packages packed with dry ice.
Wish I were close enough to you I would sure take it off your hands. Our family loves sausage but the gas cost is so high that I can't drive down there. Eat an extra piece for me.lol
