Most of Seattle have their head planted firmly up their posterior.

Time someone extracted their punkin' heads with a good swift kick in the posterior.

Ya.....even when they actually don't break the law, these soak the rich schemes always soak the working folks who live there.

    Corporations pass on the costs.
    Stores pass on the costs.
    Rich folks find loopholes.

    AND--the biggest thing of all--

It apparently escapes these folks (or they are so malicious they dont' care) that "Rich" folks own several residences and "Rich" corporations have headquarters and offices in many different places.

So they simply re-designate their residence or where they operate out of at work.

Pretty simple. I had a 'rich' guy I know lament that Maryland passed a "millionaires tax" . Gave me a chuckle. "So you don't have a place in FL or PA even that you can spend over half of the year 'at' ?" Well, yeah. "So why are you still a MD resident; that's pretty silly"

    "Ummmmm"

(Nice thing for pilots it's kinda built in due to the RLA; regardless of basing if you spend less than 50% of your time in the airspace of the state--which usually always happens--it goes back to your home of residence which is usually no where near the PR states).

Like gun control these things only punish folks who can't do much about it.

Well lets see, they passed the $15 dollar an hour minimum, which resulted in some business shutting down or moving. And the ones that stayed cutting their workers hours. Lose lose both ways. Now they want to put a tax on the rich that may even be illegal under Washington State law? If the lawsuits fail I see a lot of rich people moving OUT of Seattle, losing even more of their tax base. Lose lose situation once again. But yet, still another example of Libtard Logic 101.

    Liberals are so stupid.
Increase minimum wage, more people lose jobs thus not paying taxes.
"Tax the rich", they move, away, taking their tax monies with them.
Seattle goes broke. Hmmmm..... sounds like Los Angeles. Look how well that has worked.

What's funnier still is that they have most likely already spent the not yet collected revenue!

Apropos of nothing, may I remind people that Seattle is a Demokratische Partei pesthole, being run by leftists who do not have one working brain between them?

I actually find the whole thing quite humorous, because the "rich folks" in Seattle are mostly libtards that support the local gubmint a-holes! LOL!!!

And most all politicians are rich. Weird they push a law or regulation punishing themselves. They must have some loophole.

How do you know that? Maybe they already have. That's the way Libtard controlled political blocs move.
