Is a Ballester- Molina considered C & R?? Where do I show this to someone?? Is it on the list from the ATF?. I bought one from someone on the auction and he is questioning the elligibility? Seems to me that it is

I've seen BM's on other sites advertised as CR eligible, but I was wondering if you still needed to get the purchase permit, even if you had the CRFFL.

Yes the Ballester-Molina is C&R eligible, I have a C&R and bought one of the arsenal refinished ones from S.O.G. and it was sent straight to my door. It is up to you to honor your citys requirements as to handguns. I am supposed to have a handgun card but refuse to get one on principal. That cannot stop me from having C&R pistols delivered to my door!:gangster:
  4. Yes they are,but I'm waiting for SOG to restock the 1927's.

And a GREAT buy. The 1927 Systema is the best C&R handgun in my opinion, the second being the East German Makarov. You can customize any Systema shooter as you would any Colt 1911. I have one and LOVE IT!!!
