You guys with the Ballesters, what would be the proper way to carry it? It concerns me to carry it with the hammer cocked on a loaded chamber(even with the safety on) and I don't know about hammer down on a loaded chamber. What do you do?

I don't trust them like I would a Colt. Hammer down on empty chamber for me.

I can't carry mine yet as it's still in pieces being refinished...the lack of a grip safety (to me) means no round in the chamber-
unless I can master the one-handed slide cycle that you hear
when Tom Hanks is drawing his 1911 in the movie "Road
to Perdition". He is in a hotel hallway (?) and as he approaches
the room, he draws the 1911 and you hear a slide being released.
