I'm not sure, but I think Beretta is the longest operating company that isn't part of the service industry. I think there is a Japanese Hotel, and a couple of pubs that are the only businesses that are older.

There are a bunch of Japanese as well as European that go backs eons....breweries, banks, hotels, foundaries, etc...

Oh yeah...foundaries. Everything else I could think of was service-related.

The Turks claim that the factory where Yavex and several other brands of ammo and ordinance are made is actually older than Beretta, but that facility has been rebranded, closed down, bombed out, and abandoned so many time I think it might be like the guys who argue that Doctor Who is the longest running Science Fiction TV series.
