In the past I used a microwave oven to warm day-old fried fish. The fish came out warm but not crisp. Not what you want for a fish sandwich. Yesterday I used the toaster-oven and set the timer on the toast setting, talk about perfect crisp hot fried fish for a sandwich! Just put tarter sauce on bread, add a thin slice of onion, then a crispy fish filet and you have a GREAT FISH SANDWICH!

I'm not that picky, microwave works just fine.
In other news, I like to make ultra lean ground pork burgers and shape them into a rectangle to fit Multi-grain sliced bread and grill them. I dust them with Bold Chipotle spices. Will grill up a weeks worth of lunch. Add pickles, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and drizzle on some 57 sauce. Tastes pretty good.

Wrap in foil. Tie with wire on exhaust manifold of M151 or whatever vehicle you have..Next convoy stop you have hot chow.

I, found out the micro wave will warm and cook food, you need to cook it slow, at a low power. It may take awhile , but it does a good job.

I use the air fryer
