Does anyone want to talk about butt wiggle?

I'm terribly sorry to writerinmo, 40nascar, Wicked109 and neophyte that my little line dancing joke led to this disruption, but calling a Southern boy "lazy" or a "liar" is akin to throwing down a gauntlet. I would apologize to the OP for disrupting his thread, but frankly, I no longer hope he gets a solution to his problem, and wouldn't mind if he were cursed with perpetual butt wiggling, of all types.

I would appreciate an apology from him, however, for starting an argument about several subjects he seems to know nothing about, unprovoked, and insulting me in the process. I'm sure when he did that in high school he was very popular.

I sometimes stretch the truth to make a story funnier, I tell other people's stories second-hand that may or not be true (but I usually point this out), I sometimes even (gasp) get things wrong - especially since the stroke, but I do not lie. If the OP wants, he can PM me and I will send him proof of almost any claim I have ever made on here that he might not have believed.

Unfortunately I have no proof of observations made, such as the .357 SIG story, but I know where that cow's skull is and will happily dig it up and mail it to him for his perusal, assuming he pays shipping and for my time digging up a decade old cow corpse buried under several other cow corpses.

I even invite him down for a full tour of sites mentioned in my stories, and a chance to read my portfolio wherein is collected every piece of published journalism I ever wrote, and where many of the stories I tell on this forum are documented as a matter of historic record, and were once accepted as fact by thousands.

I also invite him to likewise share with me his credentials for any post he has made.

Considering the type of stock in question, and the apparatus upon which it is mounted, the song that really comes to mind isn’t from Billy Ray, but instead ZZ Top. “The tube steak boogie”. Especially since the butt stock is mounted to a tube. ( lots of double entendre there!). And of course, if the tube isn’t properly staked, or more correctly the nut, that could lead to a whole lot of shakin going on.

Well first off, I never called you a liar, I used the word supposedly because I have never been there or seen it.

Secondly any steer or cow that I butchered were shot with a 22, and then bled. The point you're missing here is that when you shoot a cow or steer you don't hit the part of the brain which shuts down the internal organs, which in a way you don't want to do, you want the heart to be able to pump the blood out of the animal so there's not so much in the meat when you cut it.

Well, first off, you worded that as an implication, and then doubled down with this cow mess...so yes, you did call me a liar, and now YOU'RE lying about it.

You do realize that we were putting it down because it was already bleeding out? You also realize that .22 is used because it bounces around the skull, but that we didn't HAVE .22s with us. We would have had to hike a half hour to the house, gotten in the truck, driven an hour back to Birmingham, an hour back, hiked a half hour back, and THEN used a .22 to do that.

A steer being butchered is quite a bit different than an emergency situation, in the mud, with a thrashing animal with half its leg missing, on the back of a field, when you were already exhausted and weren't planning or prepared to have to do that this day.

The difference between what you describe, and reality, is the difference between playing backyard football with hamburgers and lemonade waiting for you, or walking through the wilderness, and suddenly, out of nowhere, being tackled by an entire NFL team. Again, your lack of insight, knowledge, and experience in this matter is making you look foolish, and causing me again to question why you rudely called me out instead of keeping quiet and not making yourself look bad.

Why can't you admit that after the cow was shot if y'all would have cut its throat correctly that you'd have been done? Or is it that you just always have to be right whether you are or not?

Next all of your brags and boasts about all the things you've done and accomplished are going to mean doodley squat because few will remember and fewer will remember your name. And to make it worse we're both going to end up in the same sized whole, but at least my panties won't be in such a bunch.

As far as me apologizing to you, people in Hades have a better chance of enjoying ice cream than that happening. You don't deserve it after your attempts at defaming my character.

Oh. Cut its throat, WHY didn't we think of that? Maybe because our options to do so were tiny pocket knives or a hatchet. Again, your nice, planned, "executions" bear no resemblance to reality. I also do not recall boasting and bragging, merely sharing supporting evidence. Something you have yet to do with your ramblings, accusations, insults, and "experiences" that are no more recent than the H.W. Bush era, and half as relevant.

Only one of us has attempted to defame both of our characters, and it has been you. Not me.

Please stop. It is getting sad.

The Butt Stock Wiggle sounds like a '90s line dancing craze.
Some people have no sense of humor I guess.
Even if we don't like certain firearms we can still laugh about stuff.
I used to date a gal that was into line dancing but she turned out to be one of the Eloi....the last straw was me meeting her mother....once.

Some jiggle more than others. If the company uses a generic stock for both commercial and milspec tubes the stock really jiggles on the milspec tubes. A good stock for a milspec tube won’t fit on a commercial tube.
That was my experience with beagle err I mean Eagle Arms not sure if they still use that alias or are solely
under the ArmaLite name now.
If you listed about everything that could either be wrong or go wrong with an AR build it happened to that amalgamation of Old Milwaukee beer cans and outer Elbownian scrape aluminum.

Down here in Texas, our ranchers are not quite this sensitive.
