Canada: Gun owners hoping registry gets shot down

    Wayne Fields doesn't appreciate being likened to a mass murderer. He and other members of the gun community are hoping Canada's long-gun registry a target of intense controversy for 15 years falls today in a highly anticipated House of Commons vote.

  2. Many people in Canada have not registered their guns. I also understand that handguns were ommitted from the registration. Also, people who might be suffering from depression, will not seek treatment due to the question on their form, like ours. So criminals and seriously mental ill people will slip past the checks. Any nation that is a member of The U.N has this mandate to disarm the people who would resist them.
    There has never been an occasion where a people who gave up their weapons in the interest of peace that didn't end in their massacre. Louis L'Amour
