Please read through first so you understand it.
I will tell you how to make one serving. Adjust to your circumstance.

1 cup of penne pasta per person.

Fresh Vegetables;
Romaine lettuce about 4 leaves
1/2 carrot
1 stick celery
1 tomato
1/4 onion
1/2 cucumber
2 or 3 sweet peppers

Pickled veggies;
1 pickle
2 or 3 jalepeno slices
3 or 4 marianted artichoke hearts
4 or 5 banana pepper rings
4 or 5 olives (black and/or green)

Other stuff;
Cheese (your choice) 1, 1 inch stick
4 or 5 pepperoni slices

Meat: can be any one of the following;
1 can White albacore tuna drained
5 to 10 Shrimp
1 slab Ham diced
1 Chicken breast diced
1/2 Turkey breast or equivalent diced

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 to 2 cloves garlic minced
black pepper to taste

I use a BIG bowl.
Wash and chop the Romaine lettuce, enough to cover the bottom of your bowl.
In a sauce pan boil 4 cups water for every cup pasta, boil till tender.
Fry the meat in butter or olive oil until hot and done. Or boil the shrimp.

While those are cooking prepare your "chops" and add to a separate bowl.
Dice the tomato and celery.
Slice the onion, cucumber and sweet peppers.
Grate the carrot.
Slice the pickle, artichoke hearts and olives.
Dice the pepper rings and jalepenos.
Slice the cheese into about 1 inch square sticks then into slices.
Cut the pepperoni into small pieces.

In a clean coffee cup or small bowl mix the dressing ingredients.

Then drain and pour the pasta on top of the lettuce.
Add the meat on top of the pasta.
Pour the chopped veggies on top of the meat.
Pour the dressing over all.

If you don't have some of the ingredients it wont matter.
A few things I have found that don't taste so good on this salad is bacon and eggs.
Ground beef is not the best for this salad either but can be used.
I like the tuna and shrimp together as well sometimes.
Hope you love this as much as I do.
