My friend just laid away a Romanian SKS, total price 150 on sale, 175 before.
Pro: Romanian, they were gone before people realized how great they were; Comes with a set screw scope mount and compact scope; Everything is intact
Con: Real greasy and messy, shows signs of wear; Bayonet ring is broken open at the top; A little rust on the gas piston; I'm not 100% sure what's grease and what's not, but the barrel may need to be recrowned.
Any experiences, or suggestions?
