I don't see the point. Store 20,000 rounds of .22 LR and 2000 of 9mm dispersed and hidden in multiple caches and call it good.

If you're really worried about S hitting the proverbial F, then you'd might as well just stockpile a lifetime supply of 22 LR.

I live in the city limits and if you grow a garden the abundant rabbits are prone to raid the garden, I have about 5K of 22LR but might need a 22 with a threaded barrel and a can.

Or you could get a .22 caliber pellet rifle and loads of pellets cheaper and they are accurate as the shooter and super quiet .

I have shot a friends pellet rifle and I didn't think it was very quiet. I still have my Benjamin .22 CO2 pistol from the 60s but would have to buy consumables. My issue would be having to load it up shooting once or twice and then putting it away knowing the compressed gas would probably leak out and I would have to use a new cartridge.

my .22 rifles shooting CB Caps are a lot quieter than any pellet rifle I've shot. they hit a lot harder too.

CCI Quiet and a long barrel rifle is pretty decent.
