ok. gotta question. does any one here know of any place that rebuilds electric fry pans??? i have a 20 year old Elktro Maid thats my favorite. its larger than the average electric frypan. the non-stick coating is no longer effective. so how about it??? any re-builders that you may know of???

  2. What needs repaired? The coating or the heating element?

Thats the way it usually goes when ya hang onto something so long. There has got to be someone somewhere that will put new teflon on it.

I don't know if they qualify as "food grade" but call the folks at www.robarguns.com I asked then to Teflon coat a spray gun needle for me to help reduce wear they were glad to work on projects outside guns. Warning Will Rogers; probably wont be cheap.

  9. You could smear it with Break Free....it has Teflon in it:D :D
