They are as good quality as anyone's, better than some.
IF the price is anywhere reasonable, buy it, you'll never regret it.
Just to make sure, contact Hornady and ask them about their warranty policy. No need to tell them you're gonna buy it at a yard sale etc. Some companies don't care long as it's their products they are back by a Lifetime warranty. I'd almost bet that's what you'll find here on the Pacific products they make/sell. Back in the 50's and 60's they were as popular as anyone's and just as good or better.
