The FNS has been out for a few years now, before the 509

The 509 was an answer to the military trials whereas it and others including G had their back sides handed to them.
I'm a pretty big FN fan as they go, but the 509 doesn't Dona lot for me. Still still stuck on my FNP ( plastic hammer gun)
I did get a G recently, all the other guns, steel, aluminum, plastic, hate it.
