Thumb saver device (more info)

OK, so I'm a little slow...already been posted:

POC is John Holbrook at: [email protected] or 1-360-671-8522

Here's what the Garand Thumb saver is supposed to do. It says the device stops automatic bolt closure when a full clip is loaded. won't release until the oprod handle is pulled and released.
After the last round is fired, the bolt locks back but the empty clip will not eject until the clip release buttin on the rec. is pushed.
Also, a standard GI clip can be latched into the rec. and 1 thru 8 rounds may be loaded into the clip while it's in the rec. (no more sleds).
It is a direct replacement for the USGI op-rod and can be converted back to USGI config. in minutes.

Any opinions on this device. Good Shooting!

This seems like a cool device....How much does it cost?

:D
In shotgun news it is selling for $45.00 shipping included. I think I just might have to get one.

I have one from John.

Works REAL good!

The part is a modified op rod CATCH assy.

You remove the stock one, install this one. If you wish to go back to the stock set up. You just take the modified one out, and replace it with your OEM one.
