 need your opinion guys.

A friend of mine is selling his piece, a Glock 21C. i am not sure of its performance and if it's a good piece.

There are those who says that the original design or make of the Glock 21 sights were not perfected thus the stabilizer was placed to correct it, that's why the "c" stands for "compensated". Is this true or does it make sense.

The pistol is very clean and nice and I am tempted to buy it I just need your opinion as you know more about this stuff.

Thanks in advance.

Yes.....the C stands for compensated....but it's really just ported. I carry a 23C on duty....don't waste your money on the C as it really doesn't do much but blind you if you have to fire in low light levels. Glocks, even the 21 45ACP, don't recoil enough to worry. The 40SW's buck much harder than the 45ACP's.
