You've got that right. My brother in law and I were passing through Louisiana one time and we kept seeing signs for a restaurant that very prominently featured crawfish. It was getting to be lunch time so we stopped. Then he pussed out and didn't even order the crawfish or gator tail.Welcome from Washington state, up here in the Pacific Northwest. Spent some time in Louisiana, some of the best food on earth.
