This piece of excrement voted to restrict church services to 50 people in total violation of the 1st amendment but allows casinos etc to operate with minimal restrictions !! He has been totally infected with leftist BS. After Trump is re-elected and we hopefully retake the House he needs to go !!!

Perhaps we need to take a lesson from the racists and train some rabble rousers to keep the ‘stormtroopers’ who might try to raid or close churches out. Form a circle of protesters allowing worshipers safe passage but interdict others to keep them out while services go on.

A supreme court justice can only be impeached by the House of Representatives and then may only be removed by a vote in the Senate. And I think the Chief Justice presides over the Senate trial, so Roberts would preside over his own trial? Not sure there is a way to get there from here.

He has certainly been a disappointment, remember Obama care? Not one other justice agreed with his bizarre taxation theory. I think he votes how he wants history to remember him, not what the law is meant to be. He is also the guy who I think stops all the gun rights cases from getting a vote. IMHO

Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr., in a dissent joined by Justices Clarence Thomas and Brett M. Kavanaugh, wrote that the distinction made no sense.

“The Constitution guarantees the free exercise of religion,” he wrote. “It says nothing about the freedom to play craps or blackjack, to feed tokens into a slot machine or to engage in any other game of chance. But the governor of Nevada apparently has different priorities.

Clarence Thomas should be the Chief Justice! He’s the only one we can depend on to interpret the Constitution without becoming political.
