Gentlemen,
Here are three reports showing us by scale Production, Cost and number of females during on the Production line.
Note the number of women working at SA:
Also note that 1943 was the highest cost in Garand Production.

Without input from you guys no one learns anything Try to put in some info/question and we can learn more of the M1's History. Your input is very important to all of us.
Some files have been seen before

Gentlemen I could use some hits I just need you guys that read this to just hit my sites and get my site counts up. I hit over a hundred on one site and the BOSS says I can still posts a little longer.
Thanks again

Ed,

Could the high cost per rifle have something to do with more tools and equipement they had to make/buy??

M1D,
Not sure but I have files that show Winchester had to return funds to Ordnance.
Thanks again
