Just being silly...people at work did the new year Im gona got to the gym 10 x a day lose 2 million pounds thing....I told them Im working on my bi-cepts working the reloading press.:) So how many calories do we burn while reloading????????

DON'T KNOW..............

but switch arms every 20 rounds to keep your arms even!!!

I'd imagine you'd burn about as many calories as I do bending over to feed the dogs, lol.

Dont let any one fool you. Reloading is hard work!

The way I figure it, 3 hours reloading time takes 8 hours to finish when you add in range time, picking up the brass, driving time to the range and back, adjusting the sights, cleaning the guns, going to buy more Hoppes and patches, printing more targets, and wondering why the reloads shot 5 feet to the left. Then you have to start all over again. I'd say an easy 5,000 calories burned per reloading session!
