I've been spending most of my time with things other than guns...

    I know...Heresy, right??

But heck, gotta have other interests ;)
Mostly been farting around with my 1983 Honda Shadow,
pulling parts off an '85 and slapping them on the working '83.

Also fooling around with Bass Guitars...now have quite the selection!

    4-string Anthony Tsai custom paint

    5-string natural Schecter Stiletto

6-string Peavey Fury VI in blue

Not to mention an old Princess Bride Rapier circa 1987...
got to admit, it only seems practical for poking zombies through the eye...

Also got a new set of throwing knives, because you can never have too many ;)

Seems like it's been a busy Pandemic ;)

Nothing wrong with messing with cycles and musical instruments for sure. I have a Peavey 4 string bass in my closet that I've been intending to repair for 3 years, or maybe longer than that.

Nothing wrong with other nice hobbies. I think most of us have a few at least. I have a younger brother in the Music Business. He has a guitar museum it looks like in his basement. His whole basement is walls of Humidor custom display cabinets for humidity control. He has many older guitars and quite a few signed ones by rock artists and others. . He works with bands on tour and used to have many given to him signed. Myself I know nothing but brand names and nothing else on them. Thanks for the pics.

    Strangely enough...coinkydinkly...
Ordered in a set of 5 knobs from Xentric for my blue Peavey Fury VI...
and they arrived TODAY...so I had to put them on while Hurricane Sally
is soaking everything outside...I'm in Pensacola area...oddly appropriate.
Fits the Sharknado vibe of the day...had to immediately play the theme
    from JAWS...lol

I bought it at a Guitar Center in Fort Worth with all the electronics in a bag. Probably someone stepped on it and busted out the cavity where the pots mount. It had been glued back in place but wasn't quite leveled up flush. I roughed it up with some sandpaper and I'm going to level it up with some Bondo glazing putty, sand lightly, match paint as closely as I can, remount all the electronics and call it good enough. It's a Peavey Grind BXP 4 string neck through body in a nice hard case. The case is worth more than I paid for all of it. 20200915_164702.jpg 20200915_164943.jpg 20200915_164922.jpg

For some strange reason those sharks just look "right" on that thing.
