ATTENTION: If you need to return a firearm for any reason the only location you can ship it to is PARA’s NEW Headquarters in Charlotte, NC. You must have a return authorization number to return the firearm otherwise the shipment will not be accepted. Getting a return authorization number is easy. Just call 704-930-7600 and ask for Customer Service.
