A nice little 'deep cover' hide-out piece. Trigger is very stiff, but that's okay for what it is. Accuracy so-so, but plenty good at the 'belly-buster' distance it would be used at.
Never heard of any issues regarding reliability or longevity, but it is not the kind of gun most folks will shoot a lot at the range with.

I have had one for a couple of years and I am very impressed with it. I've carried it on the farm and in my truck as a "oh sh**" gun for 2 years through very dirty and harsh conditions without a single jam or any evidence of rust. The sights are pretty primitive but like Big Dog said, it's pretty much a belly gun anyway.

I have the P3AT which is the .380 version. I really like mine. It is my primary CCW. You forget you have it sometimes. I have only put a few hundred rounds through mine, so I can't say much about durability. It is not a gun I would want to shoot real often. It is very much a tool vs a toy.
