I recently purchased a keltec p32 for concealed carry. However, i have noticed that the inside of the barrel has a great deal of white spots on it. I own a great deal of weapons and have never had this problem. I only shoot factory loads through it and use the best cleaning products. Has anyone else had this problem or know of someone who has?

I think it is residue left over from the phosphating process. I would guess it is harmless and will wear off. I have seen the P32s and though they look like toys, they actually seem to be well made firearms. Personally, I normally carry a 2 shot 9mm DA derringer or a AMT .380 Backup. I have bigger guns that I can carry depending on circumstaces. The .32 is certainly much better than a .25.

I like it. I have two glocks and an HK which aren't that comfortable to carry. I have never had a single functioning problem with the Kel-Tec. I did send the barrel back and they are sending me a new one. The tech said that there was a heat treat problem. If I was you I would get the one with the stainless slide. Less cahnce of corosion. I hope that you enjoy it.
