Mexico Launches $10-Billion Lawsuit Against U.S. Gun Makers – Bearing Arms

It is not Mexico, it is Mexico and the Brady Gun Control group, their lawyers are part of his case. That means Bloomberg is funding this. Duh? Time to send some money to GOA and the NRA.
They filed it in Boston for 2 reasons, liberal judges and liberal jurors. Does not look good. Fortunately there is a federal law that says you cannot sue a company for harm from their product used improperly. However, if they can convince a jury that the companies knew a lot of their guns would end up in Mexico, then we could be in trouble. There is risk here.
So the Brady Bunch is suing their own country. That miserable Brady has screwed the gun owners and the 2nd amendment way too long now. He should be booted out of this country and forced to live in Mexico then.

Thank You Rex. I didnt realize. My mind is just on the fact about All the gun control laws that Brady pushed. Now evidently his group is still hard at it.
Basically it is funded and controlled by the son of George Soros now who is carrying on his socialist ideas

The Brady group is powerfull and they have money. Look at the data they put out. I suggest everyone sign up and have them send you a ton of their free materail, then use it at the range for targtes or fire starting material. Get on their maling list and take up their resources. And look at the companies that are in bed with them, Dicks, Yeti, etc and boycot those companies. FWIW

I wouldn't have faulted Mexico for going after the former administrations that cobbled together sick plans such as Operation Wide Receiver and Fast and Furious which clearly empowered some cartels and doers of evil in Mexico.
Have to rise and object here, ChaZam. The Obamination tried to make out that his Operation Castaway, Operation Gun Runner, and Operation Fast & Furious were the same thing that Curious George had done with Operation Wide Receiver. That is not the case.

Wide Receiver was mounted with the cooperation of the Mexican Federales. The primary objective from the Mexican point of view was to roll up the route being used to smuggle firearms, mostly large-bore pistols and a few AR-15s and semi-auto-only AKs, to the drug cartels. The total number of firearms involved was about 500. Unfortunately, only 20% of the guns that went into the smugglers' pipeline were recovered. However, the route they used was shut down and the Mexicans arrested a number of the smugglers and sellers in Mexico.

Fast & Furious was mounted at the behest of the Clown Prince of Crime after he and Sick Hillary had announced America was the source of most of the cartels' firearms and a coalition of pro-Second Amendment groups led by the NRA and the Gun Owners of America rammed their lies down their throats wrapped in barbed wire and coated with ghost pepper sauce in the mainstream media. The primary purpose of F&F was to turn those lies uttered by Shrillary and Bobo the Clown into "truth." Upwards of 2300 guns, mostly longarms, mostly semi-auto-only AKs and AR-15s, went across the border. Gun shop owners in Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas picked up on what their hypertrophied people sense told them were straw buyers and notified BATFE they thought they had straw buyers coming into their shops. ATF told them to make the sales and keep records, that all was well, don't worry about it. Then, when the Fast & Furious scandal broke following the deaths of Brian Terry of ICE and Jaime Zapata of the Border patrol, the Illegal Halfrican invoked executive privilege to prevent the courts and the House of Representatives from getting their hands on the records, which doubtless would have proved Bobo's involvement in the planning and execution of Operation Fast & Furious, which could conceivably have led to his impeachment and would certainly have led to his defeat at the polls in 2012. The issue was not dropped until the Demonrats took control of the House in 2019. At least one family-owned gun shop which had warned the ATF about the straw buyers was put out of business and the owners were arrested for doing exactly what the ATF had told them to do. They were vindicated at trial, but were left destitute by the legal fees. God damm Barack Obama and anyone associated with him!

Fast & Furious guns continue to turn up at crime scenes in Mexico and Central America. It was estimated by one news organization (I don't recall which, but considering where I get my news it was likely the BBC) that as of the end of 2019, the guns the Obamination allowed to be straw-purchased and smuggled into Mexico without the knowledge of the Mexican government that F&F was being staged were responsible for killing upwards of 3,000 people from the American Southwest to Guatemala, including a massacre at a children's birthday party.

No, George W. Bush's Operation Wide Receiver and Braack Obozo's Operation Fast & Furious are not even remotely the same. And anyone in the media who attempts to equate them is a lying scumbag who thinks the American people are so stupid they will believe any lie the media puts out there.

I perceive you are well versed on the subject of the two operations. Guns have been flowing across the border for many decades and that is not a new problem. JTF 6, El Paso Fort Bliss was looking at that problem as far back as the 1980s. I know, I was working related cases. I do not disagree with your assessment although they happened after my time in law enforcement. Obama wanted to make headlines, he wanted to prove that guns and perhaps gun makers and dealers were facilitating the deaths of people in the drug trade. He wanted a body count that he could tie to the need for gun control. It was a flop. When you let one gun go to a person that you think is a straw buyer to find where it is going, that is an operation with a defined purpose. When you send hundreds to dangerous people who then kill people with them, then you have facilitated murder and you have no higher purpose. They have blood on their hands in my view. When drug dealers in Mexico kill other drug dealers in Mexico there are not a lot of tears shed by American law enforcement. The problem comes when they kill lots of kids and family members and strangers and US agents and informants. Kind of a bad idea to kill a lot of people to just make political points. Just my opinion of course.

From what you are saying, difference in bush & nobama was motive. Bush, arguably, was trying to save lives, while nobama was trying to increase the body count, so as to support his gun control policies.

Well put. His goal was to make the allegations he and the Hilldebeast made, that the United States was the main source of cartel firearms into the "truth." (By the way, the main sources of cartel firearms are Panamanian gun dealers and Mexican soldiers deserting from the Mexican Army.) Neither one presented all the facts, and warped the ones they did present. Which is why the pro-gun organizations did their research, presented the public with evidence that proved the two douchebags had lied through their teeth, and rammed that evidence through the orifice of your choice, forcing them to retract their statements. It was a humiliation for both of the lying scumbags. Both lying scumbags hate to be humiliated, and want to get even when they are.

And so, Operation Fast & Furious, Operation Castaway, and Operation Gun Runner were launched for the sole purpose of turning their lies into "truth," and coincidentally making the pro-gun groups look like THEY had lied to the American people. It did not work. The Mexican government was not brought into the loop. There was no intention of trying to trace the guns from the gun shops to the "end users," the drug cartels. The only objective was to refute the evidence put forth by the pro-gun organizations.

I lay the deaths of Jaime Zapata and Brian Terry right at Lickspittle Holder's and Bobo the Clown's feet. Along with all the Latinos in Mexico, Guatemala, Panama, and other Central American countries killed by guns Obozo's BATFE allowed to cross the border for no better reason than to "prove" Barack Obama was not a liar.

Thanks. I haven't had a laptop or desktop computer for almost a year and I detest using my smartphone for what I would usually use them for. But I will muddle through.
I use my phone every now and then, but it's for sure not my device of choice.
