What would be the better choice for hunting deer here in Pasco, Washington. An M1 Garand, Mosin Nagant 91/30 or a K98.

I would have to say that would depend on your comfort with the particular rifle, including accuracy confidence. If I had to go with physical comfort I would say Mosin due to its lighter weight and balance. The M1 and Mauser are probably going to be more accurate, but the gun is only as accurate as you are, and as I said, I'd be most accurate in odd conditions with a Mosin.
In my state semi-auto rifles can't be used for hunting, so the faster follow up shots of the Mosin make it my preference for that as well.

any of the 3 will work for hunting. ive taken deer with my M1, and fully intend to deer hunt with it again. the M1's iron sights are not very good in low light situations though. the biggest buck ive ever seen got a free pass one morning when i couldn't see my front sight.
