How true, sad but true...always look at labels, always buy American when you can (even If its made in Kalifornia...it's still a state so far!)

You know Taiwan isn't so bad at least we support their struggle against Communist China. And we supply them with war toys to defend themselves. Even though they are out dated weapons. And we still do business with China --- Go figure.

It's getting harder and harder to find something that's 100% made in America. China seems to me to be the largest supplier to our stores...then Mexico, depending upon the product.

And I believe most people in the USA know that our "American Made" cars have lots of parts made or assembled in foreign lands.

Most everyone here seems to be looking at the dollar signs and buying the least expensive product, regardless of where it's made.

:fuss:

Remember, Harley Davidson motorcyles are about 1/3 japanese. That is why they no longer promote those "rice burner" remarks. Plus most japanese bikes can SERIOUSLY out perform Harleys. If you want a good American bike, check out the Polaris Victory bikes. I mostly ride an old BMW R80RT nowadays.

My last car (a Ford Contour) was made in Canada. My new Ford Focus was assembled in Puebla Mexico. Did you know that there is not ONE television set that is American made anymore? I try to buy American made whenever I can but its almost impossible to do anymore.
