Here is my Marlin 795 converted to .17 Mach 2. Larry Trammel of Bowling Green, KY used a REDMAN .17 cal barrel liner from Brownell's and an Elk Ridge supplied chamber reamer in .17 Mach 2. A Rimfire Technologies aluminum trigger guard and spiral machined charging handle round out the add-on to the factory composite stock. The rear sight was reversed in the barrel dovetail to help clear the Bushnell 3X9 Wideview scope.

How much did that conversion cost? I have a 795 and love the little thing, but, I wouldn't mind buying another one and converting it to .17 if it's economical to do so.
  5. thats pretty cool! What did it cost you to convert it? And did you do it your self or did you pay some one to do it for you?

And where are the range results? :D
