Can anyone tell me what they know about the s&w model 29-6 in 44 magnum. I'm thinking of purchasing this handgun from the local gun shop. The gun has some very minor wear but is concentrated on the barrel, most probably from a holster. A regular site scope is mounted on the fram using a standard mount. the barrel looks to be in good condition and is 8 3/8". I did a close up inspection and everything seems tight and without any excessive wear. The dealer wants 400 for this gun. worth it or leave it?
