Are you sure it's not a Model 290?

Nope. My forte is the Mossberg .22 rifles, not their shotties.
I checked Havlin Sales web site, as they show many models. But they show the bolt-action shotguns and the newer pumps (500, etc.).

Go to Mossberg's web site there should be a link to a collectors club, I found out some information on a Western Auto 316BK produced by Mossberg there. Even found a clip. 30 bucks for a 2 round clip!

I think Mossberg is one of the manufacturers that didn't use serial numbers on many of their guns when serial numbers weren't required. I don't think they were required until 1968.

Mossburg 200K

I have a 200K, which needs a new stock. Would you be interested in buying mine w/ the mag. or selling yours?

This is a stretch given it is such a old post, but I have a old 200k without the slide or the mag. I might be interested in our 200k without the stock, if you still have it.
