To the OP, sorry if I came across to strong. Your gun is a pump gun with a stock designed to be fired from the shoulder and should not be a problem under federal law. The pistol grip problem on pump shotguns is "generally" that if it came from the factory with a pistol grip that is fine, if not, then you cannot put a pistol grip on a gun that was originally sold as a shotgun. But, your M4 AR type stock is not designed to be a pistol grip, it is a shoulder stock, with a grip piece. Should not be a problem under federal law.


And as I stated, the New York state safe act is about semi auto shotguns. Yours is a pump, but, you need someone from New York to advise, because apparently none of us on here know for sure.
