Dang Bro! Where are you getting your deer processed? I got two done this winter for $150.00 and that included smoked sausage and both hot and mild breakfast sausage. It worked out to less than $1.90\lb.

I had Custom Caterers do mine. Had dried smoked sausage links done. I've been shopping around for a processors who's pan sausage is worth a sh...gar. For years Boone Road Butcher's was my processer, but they closed. Miss Walker retired, sold the property and she won't give out the family recipe! Dang!
These other processers use salt, pepper, garlic and maybe sage. But it's missing something. hmm?
