New Jersey's six day December bear hunt should be a money saving bargain. It will take more than one to drop the state's bear population down a reasonable size, but it's a start. The Division of Fish and Wildlife are in charge of the hunters, who will pay for a $2 permit to do the work. The fee covers permit issuance.
