GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - A Michigan man is accused of leaving his 3-year-old son in a crack house for at least 11 hours while he tried to get more cocaine.

James Jackson is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

They say he called police after about five hours to report his son missing, telling them that he'd been at a crack house, but couldn't remember where it was. The boy was found unhurt after a man and woman dropped him off Sunday morning at a church. The boy apparently spent Saturday night in the drug den.

The charge against Jackson is a misdemeanor, with a maximum penalty of 90 days in jail.

Yeah, but that's because it's just a victimless crime, right?

A guy was arrested leaving a crack house here in SJ and the cops found a baby in the car, so they charged the guy with drug charges and perverting minors and the mother was charged with negligency due to the fact that she leaved the baby in this guys care.
The baby was removed from the mothers custody and both the man and woman went to jail and it wasn't for 90 days.
