    The living room.

Somehow, I didn't get an overview shot of the master bedroom, but...

A view out the glass wall of the master into the courtyard.

The walk-in closet, that is the length of the master bedroom.

Detail shots of the "flagstone" floor. Keep in mind the over 1700 sq. ft. of floor was all hand painted by the daughter of the original owner of the house...

The courtyard. We need to do some cleanup along the fence, then I'm thinking roses all down the fence line.

There are little metal sculptures all over the yard. They were made by the original owner, who left them behind when he sold the house, so the lady we just bought it from did the same, and left them for us.

You got me with the woodstove. The "galley" kitchen might become an issue in my opinion. Nice looking digs otherwise! Congrats!

I'd have preferred a larger kitchen, but it's bigger than it looks in the photo, and we can cook outside for a good portion of the year in the outdoor kitchen we'll be building.

Congrats on the new to you home.

The wife and I have been thinking about moving into something larger than where we are at now. My only stipulation is not having an HOA. It's easier said than done though in this town.

Avoid HOA at all costs, I buy a house I expect no one to tell me what I can or cannot do with it!
