I have an old 1950 Remington 48 in 20 gauge that has had a poly-choke installed on it at some time in its life before I got it two years ago. It shoots too high. About 12" or more at only 10 yards. Is there a way to remove it and put it back on right and who would do this kind of work. I know the Poly-Choke company could but I have a feeling they'd find an excuse to replace it wether it really needed it or not. I didn't pay much for this shotgun an I'd like to not have to invest too much to get it servicable.
