It would be nice to see pics of all of us with K-31 fever with their "babies." I'll start.
Ok. I'll play.
As soon as I get mine next week I'll be sure to post some pictures!
Well this is one of my "Schmidt Rubens" but my K31's are kinda shy right now.
Nice looking rifles. At one point in time, we had a running roll call for Swiss rifles. I guess it got lost a month or so ago when something was up with the forums. Here we go again!
Nice "cheek weld", Carlos! All 4 of them!!
Buddy, is it a coincidence that your icon looks like you??
I have to tell you that confusing a Schmidt Rubin with a k31 is really common. So may guys know them all as Schmidt Rubins that we actually package our "Schmidt Rubin k31 Scope Mounts" titled intentionally wrong. True story!
Its like asking someone to "pass you a Scotty" Huh?? But if you said "pass me a Kleenex" they'd know exactly what you meant. Its all marketing.
Hasn't Will mentioned that I was a cheeky bugger?
Not as cheeky these days.
here is my '55 k31 his name is Hans after the guy that owned him before i did, im shooting clays, (on the ground) at 400 yards with him, he LOVES the Norma ammo i feed him (only when hes good its like a treat)
Link23, your friend Hans is a beauty. Many future long hours of fun!
Latigo doesn't have quite all the cool rifles.
Indoor range with my k31, and I do have ear protection.
Outdoor with my k31 on the Micrometer rest at 100 yards.
My 1911sr Long Rifle.
And my zfk55.
yeah rub it in 1911SR
I have four K-31s two with walnut stocks and 2 with beechwood stocks....
Really nice, 1911sr, and not so bad yourself, k75rt!
My two are beech, but I think I'm going to have to get a walnut stock. I like them better!!! LOL
