I'm planning on going to the crossroads gun show here in Phoenix this weekend, i was wondering what the going price is on a couple of things i need,
first, the combo tool, with the chamber brush.
second, the jig(for lack of a better word/term) for putting the bolt back together.
third, enbloc clips.
that's all i can think of that i need, if anyone has any suggestions as to other items i might need for my rifle, i'd arpeciate it, as this is my first garand.

If you look into Shotgun News you can find various peopls selling Garand accesories. I just threw out my last issue, there is a guy in there selling stuff at a very fair price. If i find out I'll post again.

Got most of mine on E-bay. The stuff was cheaper than the gun shows.

I just picked up a scope and M1 side mount for $110. Wasn't even looking for one It seem to be a Pillipino sniper set up. COOL!

Clips seem to be about 10/7.50 or a dollar each, plus shipping. I saw some at a gunshow for a dollar. Occasionally, you get lucky; there was someone ordering one of the barrels of clips from Gun parts and I got 25 of them for 12.00, less than .50/clip, INCLUDING shipping - don't think I did too bad!

8mm Vigilante, Love your Logo!!! Just go buy the stuff for crying out loud! Support your local vendor, they'll cut ya some slack next time. Found the combo tool in Smokey Mountain Knife Works new in wrap for $3.00 bought several. Shows rape ya at $15 -$19 for the same thing. Keep searching. Brownell's has the other
M-1 thing-a-ma-jig u talked about. Wouldn't you love to see Mr. Rogers do a firearm safety demonstration on PBS "for the children".

Futon Armory is a big ripoff. They are very over priced for everythinf that they sell. If you guys want a place to go for M-! supplies go to call Bill Ricca @ (610)2982748 or go to www.BillRicca.com . His prices are very very reasonable, i.e. 100 clips for $63.00.

Orion 7 has 100 clips for $60. www.m1garand.com.
But the best deal ever is if you go to a CMP match at most gun clubs - many of them bought gobs of 30.06 on clips and are up to their ears in them - I bought 12 for $1.00.
