hi, just wanted some opinion regarding the hatsan shotgun,it's a turkish made shotgun,i like the design but of course reliability is a big consideration. I'm eyeing the escort aim guard model, thanks guys.
  2. I'm sorry but I ain't never heard of one like that.

  3. I also know, and have heard nothing, about the Hatsan line.

I did however find this. Hatsan Escort shotgun review | Shooting times
in a UK based shooters magazine. Truth be told, the article impressed me. The Britt's tend to be rather picky about their shotguns and shotgun sports. Granted, the gun reviewed is an auto, but it would lead me to consider buying one.

After checking out thier website, HATSAN ARMS COMPANY - COMPANY I also found they make the Optima stack barrels. Those I have seen quite a bit about, and the quality appears to be quite good.

I have one of the pump models and enjoy it alot, always fires when the trigger is pulled.
the finish on the gun is starting to wear off in areas that have sharp corners or high wear and would suggest that you watch for that. overall it is a good gun and i would recommend it as a good budget priced gun. If you can afford better, that is what i would suggest.
