I'm looking for a semi-auto Remington .22 rifle. it loads through the buttstock and has a port in the side of the buttstock (like the Browning 22-Auto) where you put the cartridges. it has a one-piece wooden stock and hasn't been made for at least 20 years.
Any info will help.

Oh, oh...we got another Kansan on here, wait til Ox and MarkII.22 see your on here! Too many Kansan's now! Thats the whole state ain't it? ;) :D Think I'm missing someone else to!:eek: :D

The .22 I think you are inquiring about is the SpeedMaster Model 241 Mine was made in the 40's. Unfortunately it only shoots .22 Long Rifle shells it loads from the side of the stock. It is a good .22 but not as fun as the FieldMaster Model 121.
