No they are referring to a short learning curve, since the weapons are very similar in design and ergonomics. Minimal extra training needed to become familiar with it.

might be both, as the 870 comes apart rather easy, all you would need to realy mess with is the mag well converstion. the bbl and bolt will just slide off/out and slide back on/in with the new ones.

Hoplite wants 700 clams for one. alot of bucks for M-16 mag capability.

Ugh. Someone's been smoking crack. Give it time, I'm sure it'll go down to normal 7600 levels, or at least Mini-14 levels.

I think they should target the sporting crowd more and offer a bull barreled flat top version for varmint hunting.
