DETROIT, Mich. -- The United States government is reportedly investigating an unauthorized shipment of radioactive materials that came from Canada into Detroit.

News reports Friday morning said that a nuclear emergency support team has been sent to the Detroit border to find the material.

Radioactive material is the key ingredient in a so-called dirty bomb, but President George W. Bush said that there is no credible intelligence information indicating that a terrorist dirty bomb was built, Detroit's WDIV-TV reported.

Officials said that the the findings amount to nothing, but crews are investigating, according to the station's reports.
