How much do you charge to refinish a stock?
Rick, do you use True Oil in process? Ken
I know this is NOT what you asked, but F.Y.I., Rick (StockDoc) just did his magic on a couple of my Garand stocks about two weeks ago...... absolutely the best work. It is NOT to be believed. He would be a bargain at twice what he charges. Happy Trails and safe shootin'.

Shhhh. - don't give him any ideas!
P.S. Rick, how did your CMP LN RIA turn out. Have any updated pictures?
The cost is $40.00 unless it is one of the 03 stocks that are seriously oil soaked then add $10.00 due to the extra work. I use Linseed oil or another finish which is harder because of more driers added but a bit shinier .
They had some of these in storage long enough for the wood to think it could grow by sucking the oil up hehehehe. Below are photos of my RIA stock and the two M44's I bought at the CMP store last Friday. The RIA stock had been sanded so much the butt plate slighty overhangs the stock but I can live with it unitl I get the RIA stock from my drill rifle done for it. I haven't refinsihed the M44's yet. I will do a CMP store post and a link to photo's shortly.
As for stock work email me and will get details tha way. Thanks,,Rick B
