I'm hoping that someone can help me. I have a Ruger M77 MkII with the synthetic skeleton stock. It has removable grooved plastic inserts at the pistol grip and at the fore-end.
At one time Ruger offer wood inserts as an upgrade to this stock. They no longer offer them today, and I have tried Brownell's (at Ruger's suggestion) with no luck. Even eBay comes up dry on this item.
Does anyone know where I can still find a set of these wood inserts for my stock?
