Don't have a Ruger but these couldn't pass these up at a garage sale for a $1.00. Package says Ruger Redhawk .357, .44, so I'm guessing the original owner took off the walnut and put on the rubber.
Gonna be eBay fodder I guess as I have a S&W .44 magnum
