Self removal of threads and posts....

Discussion in 'The Powder Keg' started by Dale, Mar 18, 2002.

  1. Chris and Jesse....would like to suggest that a poster be given the option of being able to remove their own post.

On occassion a person might realize what they posted may not have been appropriate for whatever reason(s) or they see that there is no interest in their question or remark, or they may have already found a suitable response to their question or problem and etc.

You can add a section on the thread and reply post screens where the poster is given the option of including a password for that post only thereby allowing only him or her the ability to later remove the post using the password. And, the password would not have to be the same used in registration.

Being able to remove your own post my also lessen the congestion and the space used in the forums.

    Respectfully,
