I have been in a small gun phase for awhile. Anyway, I've noticed I need a lot more practice to shoot my smaller guns more proficiently. Is there a shortcut to shooting compacts well or is it a matter of just dedicating the time & the rounds?

For me, I have to practice so much to get any real accuracy out of a J-frame or pocket auto, that it's like learning to shoot all over again...

I prefer compacts and sub compacts because of concealability

I fired a 9mm USP Compact a few weeks ago, and didn't find it that comfortable to shoot. This could be because I have large hands and with it being very top heavy, I found it awkward to control effectively. However, it was very accurate, it would be more suited to people with smaller hands. In my opinion, for concealed carry, I'd opt for something different for people with big hands! Dissapointing for Heckler and Koch.
